Revealing Hidden Biology with Spatial Multiomics

At this seminar, we will highlight NanoString Technologies’ newest spatial biology platform, the CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) . The CosMx SMI is the most comprehensive, fully integrated in situ spatial solution to provide spatial multiomics with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and fresh frozen (FF) tissue samples at cellular and subcellular resolution. The CosMx SMI enables rapid quantification and visualization of up to 1,000 RNA and 100 validated protein analytes with 6,000 RNA plex arriving soon.
