Festival of Genomics & Biodata 2023

Tradeshow/Conference
Business Design Centre, London, UKLink

The UK’s favourite genomics & biodata event is returning to London in January 2023, with its first in-person festival since 2020!

Event Overview

The Festival of Genomics & Biodata is now in its 8th year! Thanks to your support, what started as a 600 person, 50 speaker event in 2016 at Excel in East London now attracts well over 2,000 people and has over 150 speakers. The Festival has become the main place for the UK genomics industry to meet, have fun, learn, do business, connect with other people and get inspired.

Spatial Biology from Organs to Organelles powered by cloud based analysis platform

Unlock the power of your samples with the Spatial Multi-omics Platforms GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler and CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager by Bryan Serrels, PhD.

During the session participants will:

  • Obtain new ideas, approaches and lessons learned relating to spatial transcriptomics to better understand how to apply spatial technologies in your research;
  • Learn more about the whole transcriptome analysis on very old FFPE tissues or discover how to analyses 1000 RNAs with single cell resolution, in situ, from the organ to organelles;
  • Understand how Spatial Profiling with GeoMx and Single-Cell analysis using the CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager complement each other;
  • Learn more about the AtoMx™ Spatial Informatics Platform (SIP), the only cloud-based, fully-integrated informatics platform for spatial biology.
