Advancing Research with Bulk and Spatial Muli-Omic Expression Profiling at Georgetown University
Georgetown University Researchers are invited to join us in-person for an upcoming Lunch & Learn! Featuring engaging presentations around all three platforms. Lunch will be provided, please register to secure your spot.
NanoString Technologies is utilized for bulk profiling of mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA, fusion genes or DNA using the nCounter® technology, or spatial profiling of RNA and/or Proteins using the GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler or CosMx Spatial Molecular lmager.
EVENT AGENDA
12:00 – 1:00pm – Technology Introduction
1:00 – 2:00pm – Data Analysis Workshop
Hosted by: Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center GESR and HTSR laboratories
nCounter Technology provides highly multiplexed, direct, digital expression data of up to 800 targets multiplexed, generated in <1.5 days, with no amplification, no library prep, and no RT. Simple, free data analysis solutions. Technology currently featured in >7,000 publications. FFPE, cell lvsate. PBMC, plasma, serum and more.
The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler provides spatial profiling of up to Whole Transcriptome RNA and 570+ Protein analytes on FFPE, TMA, or Fresh Frozen tissues. GeoMx offers an end-to-end software solution from image acquisition, region of interest selection, to a fully integrated data analysis experience.
NanoString Technology is available to run through the HTSR and GESR at Georgetown. Contact Md Islam, PhD at mni3@georgetown.edu.
