Lunch & Learn at OUHSC Institutional Research Core Facility

In-Person Seminar
University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Biomedical Research Center, Room 109

*Lunch will be provided to all pre-registered attendees*

We invite you to join us at the Institutional Research Core Facility at OUHSC for an introduction to NanoString’s gene expression technology, the nCounter® Analysis System and spatial biology solutions, the GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler and CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager.

During the presentations, you will hear a high-level overview of all three platforms, followed by a series of relevant case studies that will highlight the technology’s applications. OUHSC’s Laura Mortan will present her research on ovarian cancer in which the nCounter was used. The session will conclude with a live Q&A.
