Join us to discuss how we used the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) to investigate the rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) hippocampus during chronic SIV infection. In this webinar, Sonny R. Elizadi, PhD Candidate Immunology Graduate Group, University of California, Davis, will present this work highlighting myeloid and lymphoid gene signatures, as well as alterations to metabolic and neurodegenerative pathways in the hippocampus that occur during chronic SIV infection.
