CosMx Human Lymph Node FFPE Dataset

CosMx® 6K Discovery provides coverage for 6175 RNA targets, including 3350+ ligand-receptor pairs and 1595+ reactome pathways. This level of coverage allows scientists to project the reactome pathways directly onto tissue and maximize the amount of biology you discover.
