Area of Illumination (AOI) Profiling Strategy:​

  • 360 AOIs total
  • Geometric profiling in >10 functional areas of the brain​
  • Cell type-specific profiling of neurons across cortical layers and other functional areas

  • NeuN – Neurons
  • GFAP – Astrocytes
  • Iba1 – Microglia
