High Plex Spatial Proteomics Grant

Be the first at your institution to publish high-plex spatial proteomics data with the GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler! 

Choose from 140+ protein targets across immunology, immuno-oncology, and neuroscience for both human and mouse samples and run 4 slides with up to 12 selected regions of interest per slide. 

Review the available protein targets for human and mouse.

One winner will be chosen for each region across the Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia Pacific. 

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Requirements:

Applicants must be actively enrolled or employed at an institution or company in a capacity in which they perform life science research as a postdoctoral research fellow, research fellow, etc. Recipients must be age 18 or older. Members of the immediate families of NanoString employees and directors, and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to participate in this grant program. The grant award allows for the recipient to run 4 slides, 12 regions of interest per slide worth of the Human or Mouse versions of the IO Protein Panel and/or the Neuroscience Protein Panel.  Projects will be run through the NanoString Technology Access Program (TAP) lab in Seattle, WA.  A basic data analysis service and report will also be provided.

By submitting an application, each applicant agrees that NanoString may use his or her name, abstract title, and abstract for marketing purposes.
