Spatial Multi-omics Grant Program – Pennsylvania
Elevate your spatial biology research with GeoMx® & CosMx™
University of Pennsylvania, Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, and Wistar Institute researchers are invited to take the leap into spatial transcriptomics and apply for this exclusive grant program. One winner will be awarded a 2-slide project utilizing either the CosMx 1k Universal Cell Characterization RNA Panel, the CosMx Human 6k Discovery Panel, OR GeoMx RNA Panel.
Learn more about the panels:
The CosMx Universal Cell Characterization Panel is a fully-validated RNA assay for the CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager that provides robust tissue mapping, cell typing, and analysis of cell states and interactions on a wide range of tissues and solid tumors.
- Provides robust tissue mapping, cell typing, and analysis of cell states and interactions on a wide range of tissue and organs.
- Reveals interactions between cells including ligand-receptor interactions, interferon response, and signaling pathways such as MAPK, NF-kB, Wnt, and Shh
- Profile states of metabolism, circadian rhythm, antigen presentation, damage, activation, checkpoints, inflammation, proliferation, secretion, stress-response, wound healing, and much more.
The CosMx Human 6k Discovery Panel enables researchers to accelerate their single cell spatial transcriptomics with this fully validated, 6K plex RNA panel, with simple sample preparation, an easy-to-use and reliable spatial multiomics platform and streamlined data analysis.
- Measure over 6,000 RNA targets plus protein markers for cell segmentation
- Customize with up to 200 additional RNA targets
- Pofile the most significant genes across every biological pathway
- Best-in-class cell segmentation algorithms for accurate spatial single cell analysis
GeoMx RNA assays allow you to profile the whole transcriptome from a single FFPE or fresh frozen slide with Digital Spatial Profiling. GeoMx Assays are pre-validated and modular to provide flexibility and support a range of research needs. Available content covers immunology, immuno-oncology, neurodegeneration, and neuroinflammation with a rapidly growing pipeline.
