Exploring the Frontiers of Spatial Biology with the GeoMx DSP – UCSF

In-Person Seminar
Conference Room 296 - UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center - 1450 3rd St., San Francisco, CA 94158

In collaboration with the Laboratory for Cell Analysis-Genome Core

Join us at our upcoming seminar at the University of California, San Francisco in showcasing the cutting-edge GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler, and the newly unveiled GeoMx® IO Proteome Atlas assay. This session will highlight the detailed workings, case study applications, and significant influence of these innovative technologies in one concise, engaging session. A preview of the CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager and the new CosMx™ Human 6K Discovery Panel will also be included.

Office hours will follow the seminar from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM PST and offer personal meetings with your Spatial Account Manager and Field Application Scientist for more detailed project discussions and to ask in-depth questions. To schedule an office hours meeting, please contact your Spatial Regional Account Manager, Hayley Willson (hwilson@nanostring.com).

GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler for Spatial Biology

The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler combines the best of spatial and molecular profiling technologies by generating a whole-tissue image at single-cell resolution and digital profiling data for whole transcriptome RNA and more than 570 protein analytes.

The GeoMx IO Proteome Atlas (IPA) is the highest-plex spatial proteomics panel available for FFPE and fresh frozen tissue sections, and enables broad biomarker discovery for translational research. Find the next blockbuster IO spatial biomarker by non-destructively profiling the expression of 570+ human protein targets on one slide.
