CosMx Human Frontal Cortex FFPE Dataset
With CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI), we characterized human frontal cortex FFPE tissue with a 6078-plex pre-commercial version of our up-coming CosMx Human 6K Discovery RNA panel. This pre-commercial 6K Discovery RNA panel showcases the best-in-class single-cell spatial performance of CosMx SMI. With over 6000 gene targets, this RNA panel offers researchers with the ability to achieve the highest level of genomic breadth in single-cell spatial biology.
The CosMx™ SMI and decoder probes are not offered and/or delivered to the Federal Republic of Germany for use in the Federal Republic of Germany for the detection of cellular RNA, messenger RNA, microRNA, ribosomal RNA and any combinations thereof in a method used in fluorescence in situ hybridization for detecting a plurality of analytes in a sample without the consent of the President and Fellows of Harvard College (Harvard Corporation) as owner of the German part of EP 2 794 928 B1. The use for the detection of cellular RNA, messenger RNA, microRNA, ribosomal RNA and any combinations thereof is prohibited without the consent of the President and Fellows of Harvard College (Harvard Corporation).
How it Works
This dataset was generated using a 6078-plex pre-commercial version of our CosMx Human 6K Discovery RNA panel. Designed to cover virtually the entire reactome at single-cell level, the CosMx Human 6K Discovery panel will provide the deepest insight across nearly every biological pathway.
