Spatial Transcriptomics Grant – BioChain & NanoString Technologies
Apply now to receive GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling reagents for your next project run through BioChain. The grant winner will receive GeoMx Whole Transcriptome Atlas reagents (2 slides worth) with up to 12 Areas of Illumination (AOIs) per slide.
GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler ignited the spatial biology revolution and is the leading spatial profiling technology offering spatial whole transcriptome, high sensitivity measurement of RNA and protein with an unparalleled level of precision. Quantify 100’s-10,000’s targets (RNA and/or protein) on a single fresh frozen or formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue section in a nondestructive manner. The GeoMx DSP can be used for a variety of applications across immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, ranging from tissue atlassing, biomarker discovery & validation, to pathway analysis.
Whole Transcriptome Atlas: Full Transcriptome Spatial RNA Analysis
The GeoMx Whole Transcriptome Atlas (WTA) provides an unbiased view of 18,000+ protein-coding genes. WTA unlocks new pathways to be explored by researchers and enables GeoMx RNA profiling in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, developmental biology, and other diverse fields. WTA provides robust and sensitive performance on FFPE or Fresh Frozen samples.
- Comprehensive, unbiased RNA content for both human and mouse
- Explore any target and any pathway in biological regions of interest
- Compatible with RNAscope® and antibody morphology markers
Winners will receive:
- Whole Transcriptome Atlas reagents for 2 slides
