APPLY NOW to quantitatively map high plex protein or RNA to user-defined regions of FFPE/fresh-frozen tissue using the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler.

The GeoMx Human Whole Transcriptome Atlas (GeoMx Hu WTA) provides an unbiased view of 18,000+ protein-coding genes. The GeoMx Hu WTA unlocks new pathways to be explored by researchers and enables GeoMx RNA profiling in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, developmental biology, and other diverse fields. GeoMx Hu WTA provides robust and sensitive performance on FFPE or Fresh Frozen samples.

One researcher will be awarded Whole Transcriptome or high plex protein analysis of 4 human or mouse slides. Slides will be analyzed through NanoString’s Technology Access Program (TAP) in Seattle.
