Discover what’s new in spatial biology | Fribourg University

In-Person Seminar

The Faculty of Sciences and Medicine at University of Fribourg and NanoString invite you to this in-person seminar next April 10th to discover the latest advancements in spatial biology.

Spatial multiomics is an expanding collection of methods to examine biological molecules in their tissue context. By retaining the precise location of transcripts or proteins within a tissue, spatial methods can further our understanding of mechanisms in health and disease, in areas including cancer biology, immunology, neuroscience and infectious diseases.

Join us on April 10th and learn how GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) and CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) address a broad range of applications at the tissue profiling, subcellular and single-cell levels.

This event is designed to be introductory and educational, so please come with any questions that you may have. You can also book a project consultations with the NanoString team to discuss your spatial project in detail. research projects.

Room location: Salle 001, PER17, Ch. du Musée 18, Fribourg University
