CosMx Human Pancreas FFPE Dataset
With CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) we characterized human pancreas FFPE tissue with a 18,946 plex pre-commercial version of our CosMx Human Whole Transcriptome panel. This pre-commercial whole transcriptome panel showcases the highest plex of any spatial imager. With over 18,946 genes, this RNA panel offers researchers the ability to analyze the entire transcriptome at true single cell level at the highest plex.
The CosMx™ SMI and decoder probes are not offered and/or delivered to the Federal Republic of Germany for use in the Federal Republic of Germany for the detection of cellular RNA, messenger RNA, microRNA, ribosomal RNA and any combinations thereof in a method used in fluorescence in situ hybridization for detecting a plurality of analytes in a sample without the consent of the President and Fellows of Harvard College (Harvard Corporation) as owner of the German part of EP 2 794 928 B1. The use for the detection of cellular RNA, messenger RNA, microRNA, ribosomal RNA and any combinations thereof is prohibited without the consent of the President and Fellows of Harvard College (Harvard Corporation).
How it Works
This dataset was generated using a 18,946 plex pre-commercial version of our CosMx Human Whole Transcriptome panel. Designed to cover the entire transcriptome at the single-cell level providing the most comprehensive biological story.
This dataset was generated using a prototype version of the panel and related software, and the performance of the new capability is expected to improve in the commercial version.
