CosMx Spatial Molecular Imaging Grant Program for Augusta Researchers
The CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) is now available at the Augusta Integrated Genomics Core! You are invited to submit your project to be one of the first to experience the power of CosMx SMI at Augusta.
Understanding different cell types, how cells behave with one another, and their purpose enhances our ability to interpret biology and disease. The CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) allows researchers to comprehensively map single cells in their native environment and extract deeper biological insights from a single experiment.
One winner will receive:
2-slide CosMx RNA or Protein Project – awardee can choose from Human 1k RNA, Mouse Neuro 1k RNA, Mouse Neuro 64 protein or Human 64 Protein
Learn more about the CosMx SMI Panel Offerings.
The CosMx Human Universal Cell Characterization Panel is designed to provide robust cell typing, cell-cell interaction analysis, and more in a wide range of human tissues and disease states. Profile expression of 1000 highly curated targets at subcellular resolution and customize with up to 50 of your own targets.
The CosMx Mouse Neuroscience Panel is designed to provide robust cell typing, cell-cell interaction analysis, and more in mouse brain and other neuronal tissues. Profile expression of 1000 highly curated targets at subcellular resolution and customize with up to 50 of your own targets.
The Mouse Neuroscience Protein Panel enables high-plex spatial analysis of up to 68 proteins from a single FFPE slide at subcellular resolution, and is designed to provide robust cell typing as well as information about key post-translationally modified proteins and extracellular protein targets. Capture the complexity of Alzheimer’s brain using the panel’s comprehensive Neural Cell Typing and Alzheimer’s Disease content.
The CosMx Human Immuno-oncology Panel is optimized for cell typing of key immune and stromal cells and evaluation of immune infiltration and tumor microenvironments. Profile expression of 100 transcripts covering immune cells, their activities, and aspects of tumor biology relevant to IO therapies, and customize with up to ten of your own targets.
Application Deadline: Monday, October 23
